RESPONSIBILITIES

Top performing Maintenance Engineer, adept in planning, testing, executing, evaluating and diagnosing, and routine upkeep of equipment, machinery and systems in the production area.

• Self-motivated, independent worker with strong analytical and problem solving skills to provide engineering support for Plant facilities, process equipment systems.
• Static equipment’s, Rotary equipment’s, Compressors, Valves, Cranes, Grinders, Hydraulic and Pneumatic equipment’s, Conveyors, Silos and Cement Plant equipment’s.
• Performed routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.
• Provided solutions and fixed equipment malfunctioning, system faults and network errors – Used root-cause-failure techniques, corrective actions, modifications and performed replacements and/or new installation.
• Manages inspection reporting’s, corrective actions, and troubleshoot change control activities and perform root cause failure investigations.

• Provide technical assistance to maintenance during major break downs & in solving repetitive equipment problem & to production in solving process efficiency or product quality problems.
• Examine reason of machine failure & locate exact problem, suggest remedial measures & give repair instructions.
• Keep updated with the upcoming versions or latest machinery required in the organization.
• Estimation of maintenance costs and recruit, train the maintenance staff.
