Cost Effective & Energy Efficient Technology to convert Plastic Waste to Crude Oil

• Preparation of different catalysts so as to obtain optimum yield of liquid crude oil at lowest possible temperatures without decreasing the pressure in the reactor, as well as in least time duration
• Preparation of an economically cheap catalyst i.e. from waste materials, so as to tackle the growing problem concerned with this technology
• Minimizing gases eliminated during the process, also to minimize the wax and ash precipitate
• Proposed idea to reuse the gases for heating purpose; treating ash with HCl and using it for filtration process; wax to be sent to candle making industries as well as to be used as lubricant
• Proposition of this technology to be approved by housing societies/townships to aid plastic waste management.

• Organized and actively participated in the marketing/implementation of Dark Room Cricket at the Technical College Festival (Inception)
• Member of a winning team for the fashion show held at Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai as well as at Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering (BVCOE)
• Won inter-collegiate football tournament in 2014 with being the highest goal scorer
• Runners up at the inter-collegiate IDP (Industrial Defined Problems) event held at BVCOE
