Piping Engineer
- Oversee timely and effective execution of piping installation / plant modification work within the scope of improvement projects at all facilities.
- Preparation of Method statements for Piping fabrication, execution, hydro testing and/or any other special requirements like painting, insulation, hot tapping, etc.
- Prepare and review mechanical installation related documentation including method statements, work instructions, material approval requests in particular prior to forwarding same for approval.
- Ensure the works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, relevant policies and procedures, method statements and project schedules.
- Preparation of weld mapping & markup P&ID’s for fabrication & hydro testing respectively.
- Preparation of MTO & procuring the materials required.
- Plan and coordinate the activities and resources at the construction site to ensure effective coordination and supervision of construction/modification project works.
- Preparation of packages for pipe spool & support fabrication.
- Subcontracting third party services like painting, insulation, hot tapping, etc.
- Interface and coordinate closely with sub-contractors to monitor effective progress of third party activities like painting, insulation, hot tapping, etc.
- Preparation of Red-line drawings of changes made during execution after Clients approval.
- Preparation of as-built drawings for submittal.
- Participate in regular Site Progress Meetings with contractors to review progress and performance.
- Assist in project documentation completeness with regards to pre-commissioning, commissioning and hand over to Operations.

Fabricate & Install 12” Ethane Feed By -Pass Line on the below the pipe rack.
- Auxiliary Boilers Project

Erect the two auxiliary boilers.
Procure, Fabricate & Install of all the piping associated with the boilers.
- Ethane to Propane Jumper Project

- Polished Condensate Pump Project

Installation of the pump for Polished Condensate Tank. Fabricate & install 8” & 10” CS piping to & from the pump. The inlet & outlet of the pump connects to the header with two hot tapping.

- Worked on-board the seismic survey vessel, R/V Geo Hindsagar (formerly Geo Baltic) as a Seismic Source Engineer.
- Responsible for proper operation of Sercel G-guns (150cu.in, 250cu.in and Mini G-guns) and LMF High Pressure Air Compressors (LMF 31/138-207D (CAT 3508 prime mover)).
