I have ~19 years of extensive experience and multitasking background in the field of Polymer Operations/Process, out of which ~15 years are in Polypropylene Process. My experience include both Gas phase and Slurry phase Polymer processes as I have worked with three different Polypropylene technologies; Spheripol, Unipol and Novolen.

Novolen Stirred Gas Phase Polypropylene Process, from NTH, has a capacity of 720 KTA (EXPANDED FROM 450 TO 720 KTA). It is having two independent lines comprising fOUR reactors and two extruders. The raw material, Propylene, is supplied by Propane De-Hydrogenation (PDH) unit.

Currently I am assigned as a Project Manager for a project to install PP FEED CO removal system. The job responsibility includes management of a complete system study, conceptual and detailed design, procurement, erection and commissioning of the system.

PP Process Engineer (~ 10 years)
- was supporting Polypropylene (PP) plant operations and this multitasking assignment can be described through following responsibilities:
- Plant performance monitoring
- Responsible for Polymerization unit operation.
- Planning, co-ordination and execution of PP Plant Start up and Shut down activities.
- Configured Daily Production Reporting system and Daily executive Summary report as a part of Management Information System where in to give statistical details of various raw material consumption , the energy efficiency, specific consumption etc. of the plant using Process Historian software.
- Team Leader for many Incident Investigation committees, Fire incident investigations for Root Cause Analysis and presents report to Management with Recommendations.
- Study & monitoring of process parameters on day-to-day basis during plant operation with various resin grades.
